Telephone Number Porting

How do I transfer my existing telephone number to INVIVNI?

In order to transfer (or port) your existing telephone number to INVIVNI, you will need to follow the steps below.

Step 2 Complete Forms and Fax them back to INVIVNI

Once INVIVNI receives your Number Transfer FAX, we will forward it to our telephone number transfer partners. CommPartners, Inc. or Global Crossing, LLC will contact the telephone provider that currently holds your number. Arrangements will be to transfer your number to INVIVNI. Your number is typically transferred within 7-10 business days.

Will anyone contact me to confirm the Number is transferred?
You will not be contacted. Once you have faxed the transfer request documents to INVIVNI, your number will be ported.

How will I know when my number is transferred?
You will know that your number has been transferred when your INVIVNI line rings when a call is placed to the number you are transferring.

After my number is transferred, can I still use the temporary number I was assigned by INVIVNI at sign up?
No. This temporary number will be replaced with the number you requested for transfer. The temporary number will go back into an available pool of telephone numbers.
